Building Self-Esteem

Self-esteem is the overall opinion we have of ourselves – how we judge and how we value ourselves. People with low self-esteem will hold negative beliefs about themselves and the kind of person they are, beliefs which are accepted as fact and which maintain low self-esteem. By the end of the programme, you will be able to:

  • understand the link between trigger situations, thoughts, and behaviour
  • identify your own vicious cycle of low self-esteem
  • challenge your negative predictions and relentless self-criticism
  • identify your positive qualities

Courses are run as a rolling program of six 90 minute sessions over six weeks. Contact us or use our online form to register your interest for the next available dates. Fee for the course for individuals is £96.

The course is also offered to organisations, either on site or at our premises in Tonbridge or Sevenoaks, accommodating from 4 – 8 participants. The course is £560, or £480 for voluntary section organisations. Contact us for more information.
