Managing Stress

Stress is an adverse reaction we have to excessive pressure or other demands placed on us. Too much or too little stress prevents us from performing at our best. By the end of the programme, you will:
- be able to identify your personal reaction to stress
- understand the link between trigger situations, thoughts, physical symptoms and behaviour
- have learned skills to help control unpleasant physical sensations and to facilitate relaxation
- be able to implement a range of strategies and techniques to manage stress
Courses are run as a rolling program of six 90 minute sessions over six weeks. Contact us or use our online form to register your interest for the next available dates. Fee for the course for individuals is £96.
The course is also offered to organisations, either on site or at our premises in Tonbridge or Sevenoaks, accommodating from 4 – 8 participants. The course is £560, or £480 for voluntary section organisations. Contact us for more information.
