Counselling

We all face painful situations, difficult decisions and sometimes feel unable to cope. Counselling offers confidential time and space to find more effective ways of coping with:

  • Stress and Anxiety
  • Emotional and relationship difficulties
  • Depression and low self-esteem
  • Phobias
  • Bereavement
  • Job loss
  • Other difficult life situations

Counselling is provided by qualified counsellors/psychotherapists. We also offer a low cost service with supervised trainees at advanced stage of training. We adhere to the professional ethics of the BACP.

Sessions are held both at our Sevenoaks and Tonbridge centres.

For further information read our Counselling leaflet. To refer, please contact us or use the self-referral form below. Our qualified senior counsellor will then contact you to offer you the opportunity to outline your difficulties and find out more about the service. An appointment can then be made for an initial session.
