Mums Support Group

This is a mutual support group for mothers who are finding life with children challenging in some way. A relaxed, friendly and confidential space in which mums can share their feelings with others who have had similar experiences, which may include stress, isolation and depression.

Children are welcome at the group. There is a crèche providing for the needs of young babies and older toddlers, run by an experienced team.

A group meets in Tonbridge on Tuesdays from 1:15pm – 2:45pm, and in Sevenoaks on Thursdays from 10am – 11:30am
